An unfinished estate plan is just as good as good as not having an estate plan.

Many people start their estate plan and many obstacles prevent them from completing the plan. People have personal or family issues, work-related issues, or they find making decisions very difficult. This is true not only when setting up an estate plan but also in amending an existing estate plan.

If you should die or become incapacitated and you have not completed your estate plan then you have no estate plan in place. If you have an estate plan but are in the process of updating the existing plan and have not completed the paperwork then the estate plan that you currently have, although it may not be what you want, will be followed.

If you find yourself in one of the positions above then give our offices a call at (650) 463-1550 to set up a consultation with one of our highly qualified estate planning attorneys so that they can assist you in getting back on track.

Our clients experience peace of mind when they know they have completed the process and have their families provided for in the way they choose and not designed by the court system.
