As the years fly by, our lives change. If you are coming into our office to take advantage of our complementary three year review of your Estate Plan, please remember to look for your Original Documents and your Red Binder. After you executed your Estate Plan, you left our office with the following:
1, A shiny white envelope that contained your original Estate Plan with your original signatures, and
2, A red binder that contained photo copies of your living trust.
We ask that you keep these two items in different places. We might have suggested that you keep the white envelope with the original documents in a safety deposit box or fireproof safe.
If you have any questions, please contact me at heather@falkandcornell.com.
