As our lives become busier and technology becomes more integrated into our lives, we find that nothing compares to the personal (face to face) interaction between our clients, attorneys and staff.
We feel this is vitally important when preparing or updating your estate plan. Some of our clients prefer “emails” or “telephone conversations,” however we find personal or face to face communication with our clients is still the most effective way of providing quality service to our clients.
We find that when our attorneys meet with clients in person, clients are more effectively able to express their concerns through verbal and/or non-verbal (body language). Often times, engaging in a face to face setting with our clients provides our attorneys with better insight into the client’s family. During the meeting our clients express their concerns and needs and our attorneys ascertain the best way to guide our clients. Our attorneys brainstorm with clients to create and/or amend their estate plan based on their personal situation and their current intention.
