Currently Falk, Barrot & Associates, does not provide digital copies of client’s estate planning documents. However, the law firm is exploring the possibility of providing clients with a digital copy on a thumb drive. We are early into the investigation as to the security issues and the process. Our Law Firm has some due diligence we need to undertake before committing to the process. We do understand that many of our clients would very much like to have their documents provided to them digitally. Unfortunately, we are not yet in the position to do so. We do hope all of our clients understand that we care about safeguarding the integrity of client documents and given some potential professional constraints and our own personal experiences with clients, Falk, Barrot & Associates needs to complete some research and ultimately make a decision in the best interest of our clients during their lifetime and protecting their heirs when they are no longer here to verify the documents.
